Life of witches (told by Carmen the

What I do know from my long years
and i have always heard this since I was a young girl
that we witches are…
they are like any other woman
I said “we are”
because, perhaps, I wanted to become one
therefore, I feel damned
because of having tried to be one and not having become one

you see, they live their life like any other woman
they get married to their husbands, have their own children, and all of that
from time to time they have to go out
to perform their rituals, dances, celebrations…
they celebrate way over there, at the cemetery
they dig out the deceased,
and eat them,
but not just any kind,
there are some human bodies that they like better than others,
to be eaten at their rituals,
particularly children,
children are the most appetizing to them
so they eat them
they dig them out and eat them raw, just like that, like nothing unusual

I know all of this because I have friends who are witches
and the lady told me so, and it is true.
